These days, the majority of personal computers is operated by people who don't consider themselves "computer experts". And that's okay, because computer software is constantly becoming easier to use. The computer revolution is bringing us some seriously cool hardware. We've recently acquired a new Android tablet, the Archos 80 G9. We chose Archos because of their low prices, good reviews, and their support of the open-source community. After the last update, it runs on Android ICS.

Artworks in Motion started out as a simple YouTube playlist of some of our favorite videos. Now, it is a full-fledged website where every video has it's own page with a description and a comment section.
Every time some one uses the suggestform on the site, the server fires us an email with a link to the administrator interface. Here we can enter a title and a description for the video. Another server-side CGI script then uses the YouTube API to add the video to our playlist, as well as inserts it into a local database.
